Capes Mod 1.16.4/1.15.2 (Wear any Cape You Wish In-Game)

Capes Mod 1.16.4/1.15.2 allows you to wear any cape you wish, cost-free. This mod also allows you to wear any elytra you wish in Minecraft.

Capes are extremely rare vanity items and are worn in addition to the player’s skin. There is currently no way to obtain a cape on one’s own, although there are various mods that allow players to obtain one, only visible to that player (or in some cases, other users of that mod). In the Legacy Console Edition and Bedrock Edition of the game, some skins from various skin packs include capes. Players on Java Edition who legitimately have one or more capes can choose which to wear (including no cape) by going to their Minecraft profile.

How to install:

1. Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
2. Locate the minecraft application folder.
   • On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
   • On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
3. Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
4. When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
